SalesTalk Diary enables calls to be allocated to individual operators, thus making it easy to manage all the customer calls to be made of any individual day of the week. It is designed to allow calls to be managed in the form of a diary, thereby allowing a schedule to be adhered to.

Features include:

  • Calls can be moved from one operator to another as necessary
  • It is possible for call to be rescheduled and placed on ringback as required
  • The frequency of calls can be controlled. Calls can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
  • Calls can be rescheduled in quantity if required, e.g. holiday rescheduling
  • Diary statistics are available based on the call status
